SHIPMENT POLICY

 

 

Where to deliver?

 

We deliver to both Hong Kong and Kowloon Island. However there are some outlying areas and islands will need the customers to collect from their local post office such as Tai O, Cheung Chau, Lamma, Ping Chau, etc.. Post office will notify the recipient to collect once available.

 

For foreign countries order, we will need to add delivery charge and tax required from that place. The amount will be subject to different countries and services be used. For easier handling, foreign customers can choose Amazon to buy which covers the North America, EU, UK and Japan. Simply to click the icon on bottom left of our website will forward to our products in Amazon.

 

How long for delivery?

 

The order should take 2-5 working days upon receiving your order within Hong Kong or Kowloon Island. For other islands or outlying places may take 4-8 working days that subject to its location. The courier will call you the day of delivery before arrival. If nobody received, the order can be left at your concierge at your request. The delivery will be within Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 7 pm; no delivery on Sunday and public holidays.

 

Can I specify a delivery date and time when ordering?

 

You can contact our customer service via (852) 2155 3813 or send a message or CHAT WITH US via our website by putting down your delivery requirement.

 

Will there be a receipt?

 

Order receipt will be sent along with the product. Customer will need to sign the receipt upon arrival. Courier will collect the signed receipt while the customer will keep the copy.

 

How much the delivery charge?

We offer FREE local delivery on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon district with purchase amount over HK$300 (not including remote areas and island). A flat shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged for all orders equal or below HK$300 within these 2 districts.

For some remote areas, islands and outlying places, a flat shipping fee of HK$100 will be charged for each delivery.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

Please check the product spec, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at joyce@phml.hk. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

 

Returns Policy

 

If you decided an item is not right for you, you can contact us for return arrangement within seven (7) days after receiving the item.

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. Item that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns

  • Items sent back without first contacting our Customer Service representative will not be accepted. Please note the address indicated on the packaging slip may not our return address. Items sent there will not be accepted for return

  • Discount price items will not accept return or exchange with another item

  • If the returned product is not the same as you claimed, it will be returned to you; while the delivery cost will be at the your cost

 

The handlings of returned product are as below:

  • Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a request email at joyce@phml.hk; indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason

  • Our customer service representative will get back to you within ASAP with a return address for you to deliver your parcel.

  • Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package

  • Drop off your package at your local post office or the courier service you will use. You will be responsible for the returned goods delivery cost

  • Your refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who paid by PayPal, your refund will be processed around a week after receipt of your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed around within a month after receipt of your package.

  • If a return item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method of the original purchase. We will notify the buyer if the product or packaging is found used or damaged as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

  • We strongly recommend that customers opt for fully insured delivery service when returning the goods as cannot be liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
