Her name is <LITTLE BRO, 細佬 in Cantonese>. She seems quite unwilling to cooperate on this pic but actually not. She is very kind, willing to do whatever we want, & most of all, she is the only inspector on all our products. Besides the inspection task, she also help us to do user centered research so we know if our designs & ideas really work for them. You know, they are the end users, not us! If she says no, we need to rethink & redo, or even give up the concept!
